Summary
This study aims to find the best way to close the surgical wound after a hip or knee replacement. Researchers will compare two different stitching materials and techniques in 90 patients to see which one leads to better healing, fewer infections, and better recovery. The goal is to help surgeons choose the safest and most effective method for their patients.
