Summary
This study compares two surgical options for young adults (ages 18-45) who have ongoing knee pain, swelling, or weakness after having part of their meniscus removed. One option uses a donated meniscus, the other uses the patient's own hamstring tendon. The goal is to see which graft provides better knee function and pain relief over two years.
