New knee gel tested for simpler dosing

NCT ID NCT06729073

Summary

This study aimed to see how much of a new, once-daily diclofenac gel (AMZ001) gets into the bloodstream compared to a standard gel applied four times a day. It involved 34 healthy volunteers who applied each gel to their knees for one week. The main goal was to measure drug levels in the blood to understand if the new gel could work with fewer daily applications.
