Summary

This study is testing whether a specific type of knee-strengthening exercise can help improve balance and body awareness in people who have had a stroke. Researchers will work with 34 stroke survivors to see if these exercises lead to better stability and a reduced sense of unsteadiness. The goal is to find a new way to help with common challenges after a stroke.
