Summary
This study is testing a procedure to repair damaged knee cartilage using a patient's own cells. Doctors take a small sample of healthy cartilage, grow more cells in a lab, and then implant them back into the damaged area. The main goals are to see if this procedure is safe and if it helps improve knee function and reduce pain over a year of follow-up.
