Summary
This study aims to see if a new implant called MaioRegen Prime works better and is as safe as the standard surgical cleaning procedure for repairing deep cartilage and bone defects in the knee. It will involve 400 adults with these specific knee injuries who haven't improved with physical therapy. Researchers will compare how well patients recover over two years, looking at pain, knee function, and quality of life.
