New knee implant aims to heal cartilage better than surgery alone

This study compares a new implant called MaioRegen Prime to standard surgery for people with deep knee cartilage injuries. About 400 adults aged 18 to 60 will take part. The goal is to see if the implant leads to better knee function and fewer complications over two years.
