Summary
This study looked at whether a special knee brace (Tri-Compartment Unloader) helps reduce pain and improve function in people with anterior knee pain. Twenty adults with knee pain during activities like bending or climbing stairs wore the brace during physical therapy and daily life. Researchers measured pain and quality of life before and after treatment to see if the brace made a difference.
