First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study looked at 132 people having knee arthroscopy (like ACL or meniscus repair) to compare two types of nerve blocks for pain and muscle strength. One block targets the femoral nerve, the other the adductor canal. The goal was to see which provides better pain control while preserving quadriceps strength for a faster recovery.
