New knee injection could ease Post-Surgery pain

Summary
This study tests whether injecting tramadol, with or without dexamethasone, into the knee after arthroscopy can reduce pain and the need for extra painkillers. About 135 adults having minor knee surgery will be randomly assigned to receive one of two drug combinations or a placebo. The goal is to find a better way to manage pain right after surgery.
