Knee surgery pain showdown: which nerve block wins?

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks to see which one controls pain better after knee arthroscopy. About 72 adults having knee surgery will receive one of the two blocks. The goal is to find which approach keeps patients more comfortable and delays the need for extra pain medicine.
