Summary
This study tested two different physical therapy approaches to see which was better at reducing pain and improving movement in people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers worked with 44 adults aged 40-60 who had moderate knee arthritis. They compared a hands-on therapy called the Fascial Distortion Model against traditional hamstring stretching over four weeks.
