New injection could ease arthritic knee pain

Summary
This study is testing whether a single injection into the knee joint can safely reduce pain and improve movement in people with osteoarthritis and inflammation. Researchers will compare the experimental injection called 4P004 against a placebo injection in 129 adults aged 40-80. The main goal is to see if pain decreases after 4 weeks, with follow-up measurements for 3 months.
