Summary
This study aims to understand why older adults with knee arthritis are at higher risk of falling. Researchers will measure muscle strength, power, and movement control in 50 participants over two years to see which factors best predict a fall. The goal is to gather knowledge to help create better fall prevention strategies in the future.
