Summary
This study is testing whether injections made from a patient's own fat and blood cells can safely reduce pain and inflammation from knee osteoarthritis. It aims to see if this treatment can improve knee function, quality of life, and potentially delay the need for knee replacement surgery. The research will involve up to 4,000 adults with moderate to severe knee arthritis.
