Fat cells injected into knees show 10-Year arthritis results
NCT ID NCT07259993
Summary
This study followed 16 people with moderate knee arthritis for 10 years after they received injections of cells taken from their own body fat. Researchers wanted to see if this cell therapy was safe and if it helped reduce pain and improve knee function over a long period. The treatment aimed to control arthritis symptoms rather than cure the underlying condition.
