First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study aimed to see if using a patient's healthy knee as a guide for placing a new knee implant leads to better results than the usual method of using the arthritic knee. Only one person enrolled before the study was stopped, so no meaningful conclusions can be drawn. The approach remains untested.
