Summary

This study tests a new drug called KN026, combined with chemotherapy and an immunotherapy (enlonstobart), as a first treatment for people with HER2-positive advanced stomach cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 490 participants will be split into groups to compare this new combo against the current standard treatment (trastuzumab plus chemotherapy with or without pembrolizumab).
