NCT ID NCT07332533
First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether a new drug called KN026, combined with chemotherapy and another drug (enlonstobart), works better than the current standard treatment for people with advanced HER2-positive stomach cancer. About 490 adults who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will take part. The goal is to see if the new combination shrinks tumors and helps people live longer without the cancer growing.
