Summary
This early-stage study tests a gene therapy that delivers instructions for two proteins—klotho and follistatin—into the body using a harmless DNA carrier. The goal is to see if it's safe and can improve thinking and overall health in 30 healthy volunteers aged 50 to 80. Participants will be monitored for side effects and changes in protein levels.
