Summary
This study tests a new drug, KLH-2109, to see if it works as well as an existing treatment (leuprorelin) for reducing pelvic pain caused by endometriosis. About 288 premenopausal women aged 18 and older with confirmed endometriosis will take part. The main goal is to measure changes in pain scores over 12 weeks.
