NCT ID NCT06248411

Summary

This is the first time researchers are testing the experimental drug KK2260 in people. The study aims to find a safe dose for patients with advanced solid tumors that have spread. Later parts will test if the drug can help control specific cancers of the esophagus, head, and neck in patients who have run out of standard treatment options.
