Summary
This study tests a program for couples where the young woman (15-24) has HIV. The goal is to help her stay on treatment by reducing her male partner's heavy drinking and the risk of intimate partner violence. About 80 couples in Uganda will try the program, and researchers will check if it improves HIV medication adherence and reduces violence.
