Summary

This study tested a new drug called KIO-301, given as an injection into the eye, for people with two rare eye diseases that cause vision loss: retinitis pigmentosa and choroideremia. The goal was to check if the drug is safe and if it can help improve vision. The study included 32 adults aged 18 to 80 and looked at side effects and changes in eye health.
