Summary
This study looked at whether applying kinesiotape to the surgical area after soft tissue surgery can reduce pain, improve sleep, and help patients move better. A total of 120 adults were split into three groups: one got real kinesiotape, one got a fake tape, and one got no tape. Pain, sleep quality, and mobility were measured at several time points over 24 hours after surgery.
