Tape and exercise combo tested for common teen knee problem
NCT ID NCT06993363
Summary
This study tested whether adding kinesiotape to standard leg-strengthening exercises helps young adults with Osgood-Schlatter disease. Sixty participants, aged 18-25, were split into two groups: one did exercises only, and the other did exercises plus kinesiotaping for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in knee strength, pain, and function to see if the tape provided extra benefit.
