Summary

This pilot study tested a combined program of hold-relax stretching and progressive exercises in 6 adolescent athletes with Osgood-Schlatter disease. The goal was to see if it could reduce knee pain and improve range of motion. Results are preliminary and need confirmation in larger trials.
