Summary
This study looked at whether kinesio taping on the ankle and knee can improve balance, agility, and jumping in adolescent basketball players. 30 male athletes aged 12-18 completed balance, agility, and vertical jump tests with the tape applied. The goal was to see if this simple taping technique could give young players a performance edge.
