Sticky tape for back pain: does how you apply it matter?
NCT ID NCT07317518
Summary
This study is testing two different ways of applying kinesio tape to see which one works better for chronic low back pain. Researchers will compare a new taping method focused on the back's connective tissue to a traditional method focused on muscles. They will measure changes in pain, function, and tissue thickness in 60 participants over two weeks.
