First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at how different ways of applying kinesio tape affect balance, ankle function, and jumping ability. Researchers will enroll 120 healthy physiotherapy students aged 18-25. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three taping methods, and their balance, ankle function, and jump distance will be measured. The study involves no needles or surgery, and the main risk is minor skin irritation from the tape.
