NCT ID NCT06807346
Summary
This study tested whether a daily children's multivitamin with omega-3s could improve thinking skills like focus, memory, and learning. For 49 days, 120 healthy children aged 4-17 took either the supplement or a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredients). Researchers used computer games and questionnaires to measure changes in brain function and quality of life.
