Summary
This study tested whether a daily multivitamin and omega-3 supplement can improve thinking skills in children ages 4 to 17. Over 49 days, 120 kids took either the supplement or a placebo and completed computer-based thinking tests. The goal was to see if the supplement group showed greater improvement in memory, attention, and other cognitive areas compared to the placebo group.
