Sound waves for sick kidneys: new device trial
NCT ID NCT07339098
Summary
This early study is testing whether a special ultrasound device, called NEFRONIX, can help improve kidney function in people with chronic kidney disease (CKD). About 20 participants will have the device applied to their kidneys three times a week for four weeks. Researchers will check if the treatment is safe and if it helps the kidneys work better by measuring blood and urine tests before, during, and after the treatment period.
