Summary

This study aims to find the best time to start kidney dialysis for cancer patients who develop a dangerous complication called tumor lysis syndrome. Researchers will look back at the records of 800 patients in French intensive care units to compare starting dialysis early versus waiting. The goal is to see which timing helps patients' kidneys recover better 30 days later.
