Summary
This study looks for better ways to monitor kidney transplant recipients for problems like rejection or scarring. Researchers will collect blood, urine, and tissue samples from 1000 adults during routine biopsies to find early warning signs. The goal is to develop less invasive tests that could improve long-term kidney survival.
