Summary

This study aims to find the best anesthesia approach during kidney transplant surgery to help the new kidney work better right after the operation. Researchers will compare three different methods: using a drug called Mannitol, using a drug called Dopamine, or simply giving extra fluids. The study involves 60 patients with end-stage kidney disease who are receiving a kidney from a living donor.
