New laser combo aims to blast kidney stones away faster and safer

Summary
This study compares two ways to remove kidney stones: a new super pulse laser with a special suction sheath versus the standard laser with a basket. About 140 adults with kidney or ureter stones will be randomly assigned to one method. The goal is to see which approach clears more stones and causes fewer complications.
