New laser combo could blast kidney stones faster and cleaner

Summary
This study compares two ways to remove kidney stones: a new super pulse laser with a special suction sheath versus the same laser with a standard sheath. About 140 adults with stones between 6 and 20 mm will take part. The goal is to see if the new suction method clears more stones and causes fewer complications.
