Flush it out: new study tests drug to prevent kidney stones from coming back

Summary
This study is testing if giving a diuretic drug (Furosemide) with IV fluids right after laser kidney stone surgery helps flush out tiny leftover stone fragments. The goal is to see if this 'forced diuresis' reduces the chance of these fragments sticking around and forming new stones later. Researchers will compare patients who receive the treatment to those who do not to see who is stone-free three months after surgery.
