Summary
This study looked at 60 adults with kidney stones between 2 and 3 cm. It compared a newer, less invasive laser procedure (RIRS) with a mini-surgery (MiniPCNL) to see which removes stones more completely and safely. The goal is to find the best treatment with fewer complications.
