NCT ID NCT07295860

Summary

This study compares two modern minimally invasive surgeries for removing medium-sized kidney stones (2-3 cm). 254 patients across Egypt will be randomly assigned to either FANS-assisted flexible ureteroscopy or suction mini-PCNL. The main goal is to determine which method leaves fewer stone fragments behind one month after surgery, while also comparing recovery time, complications, and quality of life.
