NCT ID NCT07463157

First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special sheath that suctions away debris during kidney stone surgery helps remove more stones and lowers infection risk compared to the standard sheath. About 134 adults with kidney stones will be randomly assigned to one of the two devices. The main goal is to see if the suction sheath leads to better stone-free results on a CT scan.
