Summary
This study is testing a nerve block injection to see if it can reduce pain and the need for strong painkillers after surgery to remove large kidney stones. The procedure is done during surgery and aims to block pain signals. Researchers will compare pain levels and recovery quality in 60 patients who receive the block versus those who do not.
