Summary
This study tests whether a new shockwave machine that tracks kidney stones during treatment works better than the standard machine without tracking. About 126 adults with a single kidney stone (6-15 mm) will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The main goal is to see how many people become stone-free or have only tiny leftover fragments (4 mm or smaller) after treatment.
