Summary

This study aims to find the best dose of the pain medication ketorolac for adults coming to the emergency room with severe kidney stone pain. Researchers will compare how well a 15mg dose works versus the standard 30mg dose to relieve pain over two hours. The goal is to provide effective pain relief while potentially using a lower, safer dose of medication.
