Summary

This study is testing if a new, gentler daily dialysis schedule can help patients with advanced kidney failure complete a rehabilitation program. The program combines physical exercise and nutrition support. Researchers want to see if this approach helps patients regain muscle strength and physical function after a recent hospital stay.
