Summary
This study tests if cilastatin is as good as thiosulfate at preventing kidney damage in women with ovarian cancer who undergo surgery with heated chemotherapy. About 90 women aged 18-75 will receive one of the two drugs during their procedure. The main goal is to see how many develop kidney failure within a week after surgery.
