Summary

This study is testing if a drug called aminophylline can protect the kidneys of children receiving cisplatin chemotherapy. Cisplatin is effective against cancer but can cause serious kidney damage. Researchers will give aminophylline to some children alongside their chemo to see if it helps their kidneys stay healthy.
