Summary
This study aims to understand how SGLT2i medications protect the kidneys in people with diabetic kidney disease who are at risk of worsening. Researchers will use advanced MRI scans and blood tests to measure kidney function, blood flow, and other markers in 100 participants. The goal is to learn which factors predict better kidney outcomes, not to test a new treatment.
