New device monitored for kids in critical kidney crisis

Summary
This study is tracking the safety of an FDA-approved medical device called QUELIMMUNE for children with severe kidney injury caused by sepsis. It will follow 300 children and teens who receive the device, comparing their rates of new bloodstream infections to similar children who get standard care. The goal is to collect real-world safety data on this device, which is already in use for these critically ill patients.
