Scientists test drug safety in people with kidney problems
NCT ID NCT06589713
Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how kidney function affects the way a new drug called enpatoran moves through the body. Researchers will compare a single dose in 40 people with normal kidney function to those with impaired kidney function. The main goal is to measure drug levels and check for safety to guide future dosing for patients with kidney disease.
